ECCE 2011 CONFERENCE PROGRAM -Tentative Agenda

Oral Presentation and Poster Templates

ORAL PRESENTSTIONS:

The oral presentation time slots are of 25 minutes each. Please prepare a presentation for 20 minutes and leave 5 minutes for setting up, and questions and answers. Please strictly observe this time limit in order to facilitate people moving between sessions.  You should bring your presentation on a jump drive. 

There will be a projector and laptop in each presentation room.  Please plan to use the laptop provided to facilitate a quick transition between speakers.

The presenter should also prepare a short bio for the introduction by the session chair at the beginning of the talk. Please provide the bio to the session chair at the author’s breakfast table.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS:
Posters will be featured on Tuesday, September 20 in Phoenix Convention Center, West Hall 1. The poster presenters should be available for questions and discussions at their display boards during the poster times. The times for each poster session are listed below:

Poster Session I:          10:30 am – 12:00 pm, Tuesday, September 20
Poster Session II:         3:30 pm – 5:00 pm, Tuesday, September 20

SET UP/TEAR DOWN
POSTER SESSION I
Presenters will have access to the exhibit hall, West Hall 1, starting at 8:30am to set-up their posters. Presenters for Poster Session I must have their posters set-up no later than 10:30am. Poster presenters must then take their posters down promptly at 12:00pm. Any posters that remain on the poster boards at 12:30pm, and do not belong in Poster Session II will be removed and kept at the Registration Desk.

POSTER SESSION II
Presenters will have access to the exhibit hall, West Hall 1, starting at 1:30pm to set-up their posters. Posters for Poster Session II must then be removed no later than 5:00pm.

Do not leave your presentation on the poster board. Posters remaining after 5:30pm on Tuesday, September 20th will be removed and kept at the Registration Desk. Uncollected posters will be discarded.

A poster boards with 8 feet wide and 4 feet high will be provided, so please keep these dimensions in mind when printing your posters. Push pins will be provided for all poster presenters. A template for the poster can be found here.

PRESENTER’S ORIENTATION & BREAKFAST
The poster presenter’s orientation will be held at 7:00 am – 8:00 am, on Tuesday, September 20, in the Phoenix Ballroom of the Hyatt Regency. Presenters should meet with his or her respective session chair to review the format and timing of the session and alert conference management of any changes. Only one presenting author per poster should attend; you may only attend breakfast on the day you are scheduled to present (Tuesday).
